Michael Riley, the salesperson, was and is very courteous and understanding of my needs. All the other staff was a pleasure to deal with. Nearly every two years or so I purchase a new vehicle. I bought vehicles at many other dealers. I always was left with the feeling that car dealers have a well-deserved poor reputation. In the past I did not look forward to my new car purchases. I suddenly was losing air pressure in one of my tires and called the service department and asked if they could check it for me. No problem, come any time, I was told. Good thing I went right away. I had a fairly large screw coming out the sidewall of my tire. I needed it replace and within an hour I was on my way. I was even offered to have my 10000 mile maintenance that was scheduled for the following week done at that time, but I could not wait. I really liked the video I was sent to show me what was wrong. The service department took their time to look through my car. The same issue in my car keeps occurring, but the service department has been cautious and thoughtful during the service.
