My name is Rick Mastria and I am the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mastria Auto Group. I am the third generation of automobile dealers in my family. I grew up in the business, learning from my father at his Chevrolet dealership in Taunton, MA and then, at 25 years old I became a dealer myself. Today, my primary responsibility is to direct the future business planning for the auto group. I have built my business by focusing on the needs of my customers. My open door policy encourages all customers to contact me directly should the need arise. I have found that the best advertising is through word of mouth and by being accessible to my customers, I hope to reinforce to them that I care very much about their experience at Mastria.
There have been many milestones through the course of my career at Mastria but I am most proud of the fact that I was able to diversify the portfolio of the business. This has allowed me to offer my customers a wide range of products and services to choose from. Just as importantly, is the management style I embrace at Mastria. I try to give each manager as much autonomy as they need so that they, too, can grow and learn the business as I have.
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, basketball, being on the water at Cape Cod and playing keyboards in a band. I have served on the board of directors for the Taunton YMCA and Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce. I have also been the president of the MSADA and of the local advertising association for General Motors.

Hi, my name is Jason Ferreira and I am the General Sales Manager of Mastria Nissan. My primary responsibility as the GSM at Mastria is the purchasing and maintaining of all new and pre-owned vehicles in our inventory. I also assist in the sales process working with customers on pricing and vehicle appraisals. Another one of my responsibilities is to train and motivate my sales force to insure that each customer experiences the high level of customer satisfaction that the Mastria organization has come to expect.
I grew up in Taunton, MA and at the young age of 12 years old, I started working in the reconditioning department at Mastria. From there, I worked in the service department moving up to service advisor and eventually to a sales consultant. I became very interested in the financial services department and spent several years working as a Finance Manager. The experience I gained in finance lead me to a position as sales manager and finally, General Sales Manager. I also served my country in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division as a sergeant in the airborne infantry. I like working at Mastria because I work with a great group of people and I have the opportunity to earn business from the community that I grew up in.
When I am not at work, my primary enjoyment is spending time with my family. I am also an avid body builder and have accomplished many triathalons and road races. My greatest achievement was competing in the Iron Man Triathalon.
