I visited Mastria Nissan in Raynham in hopes of finding a vehicle that was going to be cost effective and fit my lifestyle more. This was my first time vehicle shopping solo which was nerve wracking for me personally. Car salesman, Dung, was very quick to greet me in the parking lot and asked engaging questions to get an idea of what I was looking. With no hesitation, Dung introduced me to the amazing Nissan Altima’s in their inventory. By the second vehicle, I fell in love and couldn't wait to pick it up. Dung made the process very easy and was very patient with me during the decision making on my behalf. He made buying a car not so intimidating for me. I will recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle that they see Dung.

We were previously at a Toyota dealership in the area. My salesperson there wouldn't tell me what he was doing as he left the table a few times while we were talking. I was left confused. The prices seemed very high for what I was needing. I love Toyota vehicles, I just wasn't comfortable there. We left and went to Nissan and met Dung. He was very patient and knew what he was doing. Although it wasn't our top choice, we decided to go ahead with the purchase as he gave us a fair deal and wanted to try Nissan. So far we are happy with our decision.

Had my wife’s car in for an annual service. Helder helped with the service and the warranty she had on the tires she purchased. With spending extra money for warranty’s and extended warranty’s you want them honored. Things are expensive nowadays. While waiting, Helder recommended to talk to someone in sales as we are planning to upgrade in a year or two. Dung was informative and we look forward to working with him when we're in the market.

Mastria Nissan took care of us! Buying a car is always a stressful and long process but my husband and I had a great experience with Dung. He was super helpful, knew his stuff, and was professional. We also got to snack on hot dogs and popcorn while we waited as they were having an event for the customers. It was overall a very great experience.

Some people exemplify great customer service and Dung did just that. I drove almost 2 hours from my work place in search of a reliable vehicle. Dung gave details about the vehicle and instructions for aftercare and the maintenance.
