scheduled service requirements listed in the Mastria Nissan Maintenance
Schedule and have the services performed and documented. Mastria Nissan
will extend your power train warranty to 10 years / 120,000 miles for
no additional cost, it?s that easy!"
This is a service contract provided by Mastria Automotive Group. (hereafter referred to as Mastria Auto Group) exclusively for Mastria Nissan located at 1305 New State Highway in Raynham, Massachusetts, and Mastria Nissan located at 1305 New State Highway in Raynham,Massachusetts. For every new motor vehicle sold for personal, household or family use (excluding commercial use or commercial vehicles), Mastria Auto Group will repair or replace the powertrain components which are listed in this brochure at NO COST, for a full Ten (10) YEARS or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first.
In order to receive the benefits of this service contract,all egularly scheduled maintenance must be performed at MASTRIA AUTO GROUP. If you would like to take advantage of this extended service contract, please read the terms explained inside and sign the contract.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Drive axle, housing and all internal lubricated parts, including: carrier case, gear sets, bearings, bushings, limited slip clutch pack, axle shafts, propeller shafts, drive shaft support, seals and gaskets, fasteners for the components listed above. Only the parts listed are covered along with the required labor. There is no coverage provided for towing, inconvenience, rental vehicles, or fuel contamination. ALL REPAIRS MUST BE PERFORMED AT MASTRIA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP.
This contract does not cover abuse or damage by accidents and it only applies to vehicles purchased and used primarily for personal and family use. Mastria Auto Group reserves the right to determine which repairs are necessary and whether to repair or replace a component.
The costs of tear down are not covered if it is found that the component requiring repair is not a component covered under this contract.
WHAT YOU MUST DO
Your motor vehicle must be brought to Mastria Auto Group for all required maintenance.
